2. Products & Product Information

We try our best to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices.

However, slight differences in product color, packaging, appearance, or specifications may occur.

Product availability is subject to change without notice.

3. Prices & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Orders must be paid using the payment methods available at checkout.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

4. Orders & Order Confirmation

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases including:

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

  • Incorrect customer information

  • Other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.

5. Delivery

Lahore: Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before the daily cutoff time.

Outside Lahore: Orders are generally delivered within 2–3 working days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service, location, weekends, public holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers may also choose Store Pickup where available. Customers should contact us before visiting to confirm product availability.

6. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

  • Full name

  • Phone number

  • Delivery address

  • Email address, where required

Phonegadget.store is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Products must meet the conditions specified in that policy.

Items damaged through misuse, physical damage, unauthorized modification, or improper handling may not be eligible for return or replacement.

8. Warranty

If a product is sold with a manufacturer or seller warranty, the warranty will apply according to the specific terms provided with that product.

Warranty coverage does not normally include damage caused by misuse, accidents, water, physical damage, unauthorized repairs, or improper use.
